How To Get the Most Out of Your Powerstage Products

We're enthusiasts who believe in the science of sports nutrition, and the science proves that you also need to follow healthy habits if you want to see all the benefits you can get from our supplements.
Consider your diet first. While several of our supplements are meant to help you get vitamins and nutrients you might miss out on otherwise, they are not meant to be used as a main source of nutrition. Eat a healthy breakfast each morning, such as eggs or oatmeal with a piece of your favorite fruit. Do your best to avoid high-fat options during your daily lunch meetings, and stick to low-calorie protein options for dinner. Remember to drink plenty of water as well, and avoid light coffees, soda, or fruit juices that are full of sugar and calories. Of course, don't deprive yourself either. Your body is meant to be taken care of, not punished, so don't be afraid to have a dessert once in a while!
Naturally, we believe that exercise is important as well. If you live a traditional lifestyle and simply want to get in better shape, we recommend working out for 30-60 minutes per day, 3-4 days per week. Cardio and weight training are both important for ensuring optimal health and getting the body you hope to see in the mirror. Remember, if you are training as a professional athlete, you'll need to work out more and follow your trainer's guidelines.
Finally, make sure you are getting enough sleep. Deep sleep is how your body repairs itself from the hard work it put in during the day, and it is even more important if you've put your muscles to work at the gym. Turn off your electronics about an hour before you plan to go to sleep and try to get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted rest each night. Maintaining a schedule is often helpful, so try to go to bed and get up at the same time each day, even on the weekends.
